My Main Health Challenge Is

As we travel through life, we encounter many challenges. Career, finances, spirituality, and relationships are all part of our life experience. There is one area above all that enables us to fully embrace and enjoy life – and that is our health. Imagine the possibility of living a long, disease free life simply by following a few short principles of vibrant health. In our modern world it is becoming acceptable to prolong life by artificial means. We reach our use by date and then medical intervention keeps us going a few extra years. It is like patching up rust on the car. Eventually it takes over and repairs don’t work any more.

Did you know there are some people on the planet who live to 120 years or more – and experience vibrant health for most of their lives. Imagine enjoying life for twice that of normal people without pain. Would that be worth a little effort? I would like to see that! This report will show you how to attain vibrant health! In discovering secrets of a long, happy life on the planet we need to compare the lifestyles of those who do – and those who don’t.

I recall a story told to me about one of the Hunza people who came to Australia to live. The Hunzas credit Apricots and Glacial Water together with whole food living to their longevity. This man was in Australia for 6 months and told the owner of a health food store that we were completely mad with our lifestyle and he was going home. The reason – he couldn’t stand our death creating foods and wanted to live a long healthy life like his relatives. The Hunzas practice the seven secrets of vibrant health – an amazing co-incidence!

We have a health system which can really only be described as a sickness system. With obesity, heart disease, cancer, diabetes and general health out of control, we concentrate on disease management. Modern medicine specialises in the "C" word- cure. Anyone else who uses this word is subject to litigation. Every week we hear stories of a new medical cure for our major diseases – and yet hospitals are overcrowded as more people suffer. How many people do you know who have cancer? If gene technology and new drugs are so effective why aren’t more people cured? If the modern miracle of medicine works so well, why are there so many side effects to medication – some of them more serious than the disease they supposedly cure! Clearly magic pills are a nice idea BUT do they provide quality of life? Will reliance on the medical system lead to vibrant health?

There have been considerable advances over the years – particularly in the field of hygene. Tuberculosis was epidemic at the end of last century. We are told that the miracle of vaccination solved this disease. Did you know that TB was under control when vaccination was introduced? It seems washing of the hands was the real cure for TB! There is mounting evidence that vaccination may play a part in compromising our immune systems, altering our DNA and mutating cells. It is food for thought. No one knows the long term effect of this. The secrets of vibrant health mean you won’t ever again have to subject yourself to dangerous pharmaceutical drugs.

You may wish to rely on medical science to keep you healthy. There is enough evidence to suggest that doing this is a risky gamble, like playing the casino. It may be Russian Roulette with a bottle of pills. Sometimes you win, sometimes you……

Thinking men and women are now taking their health into their own hands. That’s why you are reading this. You want to know as much as possible so that you can make decisions to live a long vibrant life. The secrets I am about to tell you are so simple you probably knew them already. The question is, have you embraced them and integrated them into your daily life?

Secret 1 - FRESH AIR!

Ever worked in an air-conditioned office? Ever heard of Legionaire’s disease? Science has discovered we work harder in a temperature of around 68 degrees F or 20 degrees C so naturally this is the ideal office environment. We are energy beings – our life force is contained in a field that envelops our physical body. Called the auric field, it determines our influence on others – and vitality. This can be clearly demonstrated by use of Kirlian photography. The yogis talk about prana (or life force) contained in the breath. Breathing energized air is a whole new experience from breathing dead, recycled, air-conditioned air.

Plants have a function – to clean and energize the air we breathe. Try this experiment. Take a few long breaths in an air-conditioned office. Notice your energy levels. How alive or vibrant do you feel? Now take a walk in nature. Stop in a particularly green area or by the sea. Again take in some long, slow deep breaths. How does that feel? Compare the two experiences! If you are even mildly self aware, you will observe a marked difference between prana charged air in nature and stale, recycled urban air!

The breath is an extremely powerful healing mechanism. From birth, most of us learned to take in shallow breaths, which limited our ability to enjoy life. The word inspiration relates to breathing in ideas and life. As we take in life force, it opens up our mind, and our creative genius. As we expire, we release toxins and negativity from the body. It feels so good to get those toxins out of your system! Learn to expand your breathing and change your life.

Personally, I found when I started to fully expand my lungs, it changed my life forever. I was at a stage where I was drinking fresh vegetable juices, grinding wheat to make bread, living in the countryside – but not happy. I spent some time learning cyclic breathing where the in and out breaths are connected. It had many positive effects on me. Now I can run at the speed of sound and jump 6 m walls (Well not quite). As I took more of life in, I became aware of areas where I was not exactly brimming with optimism. Deep emotions were triggered and released. I felt the oneness with the universe many of us seek – what a buzz. I could finally play 18 holes of golf and wake up the next morning with a pain free body. I thought it was old age to get pain – but not so. See my "How to Breathe" report for more details.

What would your life be like if you didn’t breathe. Well you would turn pale, then blue, then pretty soon lose consciousness and leave the planet. Not a cool scene. On the other extreme are the breatharians. They never get to enjoy a delicious meal and I don’t know how they ignore the aromas as they pass restaurants! If you want to try this do it gradually and seek medical advice. Don’t go completely cold turkey off food and water. Find someone who really can do this and get plenty of coaching. I don’t want to see you looking anorexic and lifeless in a few months time. Nevertheless, breathing full lungs of air will keep you young a lot longer than holding your breath!

Try this for increased zing in your step. Be brave and go outside for a few minutes as part of your daily routine. Try and find a corner where there are a few green plants. Their life force really does something for the air. Take some long, slow breaths. First fill your abdomen, then the stomach area and finally the chest. Now release the breath and allow a natural exhale. At the bottom of the cycle breath in again and repeat 20 times. Whilst doing this and standing on your head (just kidding) say to yourself a really nice mantra such as, "Today is a great day, full of wonderful surprises!) Don’t forget the wonderful or you may be surprised at the surprises that turn up! This simple action can change your life if repeated daily.

What happens if you keep taking in full inspiration by breathing properly? You will find increased passion and desire to live a happy, enriched life. If you can’t handle that, don’t breath at all and you won’t know what you missed. For my part I want to have a good time while I am on the planet.

Secret 2 - Sunshine.

Yes, folks – its true – without the sun we wouldn’t be here! Advertising shows us images of the evil sun attacking our skin and making us ill. We are told to slip, slop and, slap carcinogenic sunscreens in order to protect our skin. Did you ever stop to think what the sun actually does for us? We need the heat to warm the planet. The sun provides energy for plants to grow. It activates their breathing mechanism enabling oxygen production. Vitamin E, an essential nutrient for the skin, mainly comes from the sun. If we harnessed the power of the sun, we would have no energy crisis, and no global warming! The sun is our unlimited energy source.

Contrary to what we are told, reasonable exposure to sunlight is part of attaining vibrant health. As we follow the principles, we find that the sun ceases to become a danger. Did you know there is mounting evidence that blockout creams contain substances which may cause the cancers they claim to prevent. Is it possible that toxic chemicals in our food, clothing and environment are responsible for most of the skin damage.

Back to the cancer statistics. Before we started our love affair with chemical fertalisers and toxic cleaners, the cancer rate was around 3%. Now anywhere from 25-33% of Australians and Americans will be told at some time in their lives the dreaded words, "You have cancer". I don’t know about you, but this concerns me! I know a great many people who regularly have bits of their skin cut out to remove skin cancer spots. Australia holds the Gold Medal for Skin cancer. If this is caused by the sun, the logic would be the closer you are to the equator the higher the incidence of skin cancer! We defy logic. Magic disease require magic pills and surgery to fix them. Perhaps when we follow the principles of vibrant health, we magically don’t become diseased with cancer. Is the sun really the cause of our bad health?

Do you think that before we started our love affair with chemicals and toxic poisons, we were moles? We must have been an underground society like the trogladytes, rarely venturing onto the surface of the planet. Not so, it seems! In the past we were a more rural society, engaged in outdoor activities such as growing crops and hunting for food. We had MORE exposure to the sun! Yes folks, the sun is good for you!

So, if the sun doesn’t cause cancer, what does? Understand what this disease is. Our body contains several trillion cells. Healthy cells are born, grow old gracefully and die of natural causes. It is as nature intended. Our cells are constantly being replaced and the majority of them are less than 3 months old!

Healthy cells have strong outer walls and are programmed to talk to each other. When foreign substances are introduced they attack the cells and render their communications ineffective. The biological clock is altered and these mutated cells forget how to die! All of our cells are being constantly being reproduced, vibrant health is dependent on a constant supply of new cells while the old ones wither and die. As our normal cells continue the life death cycle, the percentage of mutated cells gets out of control due to their extended life span. Eventually their number gets so great we develop a cancerous tumour. Wouldn’t it be better to practice the principles of vibrant health and minimise the chance of manufacturing mutant cells.

Mutation of cells is caused by foreign toxic substances, lack of nutrients and a deficiency in the secrets of vibrant health. It is not "bad luck" or an accident. If this were so, cancer would have been rampant 100 years ago. Cancer is not a deficiency of chemotherapy , surgery or radiation! In fact, there is an abundance of evidence that radiation causes cancer.

Sunshine provides us with vitamin E. We need this for our skin. Why not get it from natural sources. So, for vibrant health spend some quality time in the sun. Get out in nature, breathe in the energised air and take in a little sun. It will lead to a more positive attitude!

Secret 3 – Water.

Is this getting overwhelming! Yes, we need to take in water! Experts recommend two litres or 10 glasses a day. Not coffee, coca cola , milk or alcohol - just plain water. In fact the plainer it is, the better. Many books have been written on this fascinating subject. It seems no one fully understands this magical substance.

The function of water is to keep our cleansing system working. The less hitchhikers we have in our water, the better. Water is a carrier. When we ingest water full of minerals and other substances such as chlorine and fluoride, they are deposited in our organs. When the water is clean and filtered it absorbs toxins and passes them through the kidneys, bladder and intestines for elimination. Arthritis, for instance, is calcium formed on the joints. Could this be from drinking water laced with lime? In fact the average person will consume 100-150kg of lime in their lifetime!

What type of water should we drink? Any water is better than drinking coffee. Pure, filtered H2O, free of heavy metals and chemicals will cleanse your body and greatly boost your chances of vibrant health. It is perhaps your best defense against the excesses of modern life.

Water is nature’s magic liquid. How many other substances do you know that actually expand in volume when they freeze? We are around 85% water – so it is a vital part of our physiology. We can survive a long time without food – but not so long without water.

One way to look at the body is as a series of tubes. Blood flows through the veins and arteries and there are many organs and other systems such as the intestines, kidneys and lymph and digestive systems. While our system is free of toxins, everything flows freely. When we have insufficient cleansing, the liquid turns to a thick soup and slows down. In the case of the blood stream some of the deposits in the blood are left on the walls of the arteries. As this buildup increases, the tube becomes partially blocked, leading to heart disease. Granted, this takes many years to occur, but it can be prevented by following the principles of vibrant health. Water serves to keep our systems working. IT keeps our tubes clean, much like the drainage pipes. Fill your toilet with mud and it will clog the sewer leading to waste accumulating in the toilet. Better still try flushing the toiled without water!

There is a second aspect of water you may wish to consider. We can have "dead" or "alive" water. Energised or live water is far more effective. When water passes from nature it enters pipes and istravels to a "treatment plant". Here chemicals are added to remove all bacteria and life force. We then use filtration to remove these chemicals. Finally other chemicals are added and it passes through miles of copper and steel pipes to your tap! The water can be re-energised by using a catalyst or a re-energising device.

So, for vibrant health drink two litres of clean, chemical free water each day. Cleanse your body each morning with a cold shower to stimulate your lymphatic system. Bathe in crystal clear energised water and cleanse your auric field. That is why we feel so refreshed after a swim in the ocean. IT cleanses our aura. For cleansing try a bottle of apple cider vinegar or 1kg (2 lbs) of bicarbonate of soda in a hot bath.

If you ever feel diseased or ill, use more water to accelerate the removal of toxins and get better quicker. Water truly is nature’s miracle product.

Secret 4 – Exercise

One of the byproducts of modern life is lack of physical activity. In the old days we used to till the fields and get plenty of exercise just walking to the shops. In fact it was very hard to avoid doing some type of physical activity. This kept our body systems moving and accelerated the elimination process. Now we can even order our groceries over the internet and have them delivered to our door. We could virtually live in one room and never exercise – not a good trend.

When you exercise regularly you feel more vibrant and alive. It is an important part of retaining vibrant health. The trick here is moderation, not extreme sports. There are many elite athletes who have been left with life long nagging injuries from too much exertion. Good, you say – I was right to get my exercise drinking beer and watching football – well, not quite!

The American Cancer Institute recommends the following for good physical health;

"Be physically active: achieve and maintain a healthy weight.

bulletBe at least moderately active for 30 minutes or more on most days of the week.
bulletStay within your healthy weight range. "

I suggest it is important that we gain regular exercise. Do it by walking in nature, sports activity, or an exercise program. Stretching is great to keep the body supple. Without exercise our systems clog up and don’t give the lymph glands in particular a chance to do their work of eliminating toxins from the system.

Regular exercise will also help you sleep at night. So get out of the office for a while each day. Get exercising and let your brain have a rest. You will feel the better for it. An essential element to retaining vibrant health.

Secret 5 – Good Nutrition

You are what you eat! Would you like to look like a cake or an apple? Food is probably the largest industry in the world. We can live without cars, TV’s and many other things – BUT we have to eat!

The commercial world knows this. There is big money in food.

Up until now everything you have learned to assist you in retaining vibrant health has been free. Unless you have your own organic garden and collect the seeds for recycling it is more difficult to get your food for free. What are we eating?

I would be bold enough to say that a visit to the supermarket won’t extend your life very much. The emphasis is on looks and presentation. If someone doesn’t buy your product do you boost the nutritional content? Of course not – that would increase the price without looking any different. You change the smell or better still the packaging. It is a huge industry. There are even companies that can now alter any food to taste and smell like any other! The food we get commercially is deficient – that is how it is.

Here are some tips to extract better nutrition from your diet.

When we purchase food there are a number of obstacles to receiving the optimum nutrition.

  1. Energy Signature. Live food has a certain electrical impulse that gives us vitality. Our nervous system is an electrical one that is effected by the energy surrounding the food we eat. If you place a magnet near a running tap you will see the water change course. Our bodies are energetically affected by electrical and magnetic fields and food carries energy signatures. Only whole raw organic food produced from non hybrodised seed has the energy signatures optimal to our bodies. Genetically modified and other seeds are lacking in the proper signature and therefore give less than optimal energy. Furthermore our body systems have to work overtime to extract the nutrition - leaving us tired.
  2. Chemicals and pesticides in food destroy our digestive and immune systems. We were not made to consume these foreign substances. By minimising the amount of toxins and pesticides we intake we give our bodies a chance to use our nutrition to rebuild our systems and move toward vibrant health. Eating nothing but whole, raw, chemical free organic food for a week every 2-3 months means that at least for that time we are not ingesting chemicals in our food.
  3. Genetic Engineering. No one knows what this will do to our DNA, the heart of our cells. We know what nuclear radiation does - it mutates body cells. In Japan the descendents of those affected by the nuclear bombing are considered too high a risk to marry because of the large number of mutant offspring they bare. Clearly anything which has the potential to alter DNA can affect us for generations. This includes toxic chemicals, genetic engineering and radiation, all commonly practised in modern food preparation.
  4. Cooked Food. When we cook or process our food we are killing much of the bacteria, amino acids and enzymes necessary for digestion. That is why we feel a little heavy after a cooked meal. Eat as much raw food as possible for optimum health.

Next time you shop for you an your family, think about the effects of the food you are to consume.

Secret 6 – Positive Mental Attitude

It’s all in the mind. Well, not quite, but it definitely contributes. If you spend your whole life whinging and whining it doesn’t do your body much good. Our brain controls our physiology. It generates certain chemicals in reaction to circumstances. When we feel and express a positive attitude our body creates endorphins which lead us to feel vibrant and alive. When we wallow in self pity or doom and gloom the brain sends out signals which activate poisons in our body systems leading to disease.

Following the first five principles will take you a long way towards a positive attitude. In fact if you have incorporated them into your life, you are likely to be a positive person. The trick is to see the glass half full rather than half empty. The world is full of wonderment and magic, you just have to look for it. The more you look at life positively, the better it becomes. Napoleon Hill in his classic, "Think and Grow Rich", shows us how we can achieve anything we desire in life through our thoughts.


Being positive is a choice. It will give you everything you ever wanted in life. Nothing is impossible. If you really want something, it is just a thought away. No excuses here. So when you feel something is right for you, that it will contribute to you following your passion or retaining vibrant health, do not think about whether it is possible, concentrate on how you can achieve it. Let go of limitations and anything is possible.

Given that you are breathing, taking in some sunlight, exercising and eating whole food, what more can be done to develop a positive mental attitude. The answer is meditation. When we spend time alone with the mind still, in gratitude and awe at the universe, we automatically develop a more positive mental attitude to the world. Every morning when you arise, bathe in cold water to cleanse your aura, then express your gratitude for all the good things in your life. As you continue this you will find there are many things you can be grateful for. Then find a spot where you won't be disturbed for a few minutes and meditate. The result of this is that your mind will eventually be purged of negative thinking, leaving you with the passion of youth to achieve your dreams.

Secret 7 – Passion

As humans, we need something in life to be passionate about. Our emotions are the energy which drives us. Healthy emotions leave us passionate about ways we can contribute to the future of the planet. I am passionate about teaching principles for greater health and achievement in life. I am passionate about whole food. I am passionate about developing human potential as a way of life.

Emotions are meant to move – to be expressed. A healthy emotional state is one where you feel free to express how you feel in the moment. When we hold back on our emotions, the energy is internalised. This leads to a negative mental attitude, toxicity and ultimately disease and death. My Life Mastery course has much information on handling emotions. Expression of emotions should be done physically. You can use exercise, screaming or other methods to release the energy. Don’t go around killing people or hitting your loved ones though, that is inappropriate behaviour. Find a physical expression of your emotions and bring yourself to a stage where you are able to feel in real time – i.e. express the emotion of the moment without it triggering emotions from the past.

When you are empowered to express your emotions in the moment you will find it much easier to put passion behind your thoughts and ideas. This will lead to a greater expression of vibrant health and a longer, happier life.

Final Words.

In the end, it is up to you whether you retain vibrant health or not. The whole process is one of personal development. See yourself as being in great physical shape, alive, vibrant and successful. You are in command of your Universe and much loved.
